Platinum Divaz Dance Company is committed to providing a strong sisterhood among young ladies teaching them to strive for excellence, promote strength, self-confidence, self-respect, discipline, and appreciation. Each of our Divaz is required to participate in community service as part of their growth and commitment to excellence.
Mentoring Through Education, Leadership & Artisic Expression
Leadership Development
At Platinum Divaz Black Girls are mentors and leaders. Divaz are assigned mentors from among their teammates. The mentors, typically teenagers along with a few younger leaders. In collaboration with organizations like Xi Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., our girls participate in activities that teach confidence, self-discipline, and public speaking. We’re building future entrepreneurs, activists, and changemakers.

Young Black girls often face disproportionate challenges—whether it’s limited access to mental health resources, underrepresentation in leadership roles, or a lack of safe, empowering spaces. Platinum Divaz Dance Company was founded to change that narrative. Through its programs, girls build confidence, discipline, self-worth, and a strong sense of sisterhood.

The Platinum Divaz, Colorado’s longest-running dance team with 11 years of excellence. Our dancers participate in a variety of local events, parades, and both in-state and out-of-state competitions throughout the year.
Our team boasts two incredible directors and six amazing coaches dedicated to pushing your child to be their best while serving as positive role models.
No experience? No problem! We provide all the training needed.
A Call to Donors & Sponsors
Many of our participants come from underserved communities. Your donations and sponsorships help cover the cost of uniforms, travel to out-of-state competitions, mental health resources, tutoring supplies, and leadership programming.
